Device Backups Tab
The Device Backups Tab contains a list of all backups of selected device made in current domain, irrespective of method, they were done. You can select the backup set by date and time and corresponding configuration will be listed on main editor window:
Currently listed configuration can be easy printed or saved to the text file by pressing right mouse button.
- The saved configuration can be also easy Restored through console cable to the new switch or router the same hardware configuration.
- If you need to modify saved configuration, you must to copy the configuration to the virtual device, called Clone Editor. You can do it by selecting Copy to Clone Editor from context menu showed on right mouse click.
- You can use that menu also to copy a part of configuration file to the clipboard, or to search string in the configuration file.
