Code Snippets
The tab Code Snippets provide repository of configurations fragments, which can be easy applied to one or more switces or routers or to all devices matching selected filter. The application SwitchBackup comes with some code snippets prepared in the database. and you can easy create your owns and add it to repository and use it for mass config of network devices.
The snipp code and theirs comments are displayed on click on the snippets name. You can then edit the snippet code first of sent it to the device.
When you press Apply to device, the confirmation dialog will be showed and you can send selected commands to the current device. You can also send it to all the devices in the devices list by pressing Apply to domain matching selected filter. On click button Apply through serial can you configure switch or router connected throgh serial cable.
The code is allways sent as is in editor window, include changes, if you done some.
